Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting Discord members, customers, Snitch infrastructure, and cross-server threat intelligence from misuse.

Permitted purpose
Snitch may be used only by an authorized organization to protect Discord communities from scams, spam and closely related security abuse in accordance with law, Discord rules, the Terms and the DPA.
Prohibited conduct
- Monitoring a server without authority or collecting channels and members outside the disclosed moderation purpose.
- Harassment, discrimination, profiling based on protected characteristics, doxxing, intimidation or off-platform retaliation.
- Treating an automated classification as conclusive evidence without a meaningful correction or appeal path.
- Using cross-server intelligence for employment, credit, housing, insurance, policing or unrelated identity decisions.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, extract credentials, probe other customers, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected service components, or distribute malware.
- Submitting unlawful content, secrets, special-category data, or children’s data beyond what is strictly necessary for lawful server security.
Enforcement
Phillip InfoSec may investigate, restrict or suspend suspected misuse and will preserve evidence only as necessary. Serious illegality or security threats may be reported to affected parties or authorities where lawful. Customers remain responsible for their moderators and configurations.
