Terms of Service

The B2B contract terms for organizations using Snitch to assist with Discord scam moderation.

Effective:
26 July 2026
Operator:
Phillip InfoSec · CVR 41892463

These terms form an agreement between Phillip InfoSec, a Danish sole proprietorship, CVR 41892463, Sandbygårdvej 33, 1. tv, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark and the business, association, project or other organization using Snitch. The individual activating a trial or subscription confirms that they are an adult and authorized to bind that organization. Snitch is not offered as a consumer service.

  • Snitch provides AI-assisted monitoring, configurable moderation, records and cross-server protection; it does not guarantee that every scam will be detected or that every classification is correct.
  • The customer controls its Discord server, permissions, channels, settings, notices and moderation decisions and must maintain a lawful basis, appropriate member notice, human appeal route, and proportionate rules.
  • The customer must secure its administrator accounts, grant only necessary Discord permissions, and promptly report suspected compromise.
  • The customer may not instruct Snitch to process data unlawfully or use outputs for harassment, discrimination, off-platform retaliation, or decisions unrelated to server security.

A qualifying guild may receive one 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, renew automatically until cancelled, and remain active through the paid period after cancellation. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Except where mandatory law or a written order form provides otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension. Enterprise terms, service levels or credits apply only when stated in a signed order form.

The DPA governs personal data processed on the customer’s behalf. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information and may use it only to perform or enforce the agreement.

The customer retains rights in its content. Phillip InfoSec retains rights in Snitch, its software, models, documentation and aggregated anonymous statistics. Phillip InfoSec does not license customer content for general-purpose model training.

Phillip InfoSec may suspend access reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue payment and will provide notice where practicable. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach. On termination, server-scoped data is returned or deleted under the DPA and fixed retention policy, subject to legal obligations and independent-controller processing.

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but automated results, uninterrupted availability and complete threat detection are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss.

Phillip InfoSec’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid or payable by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The customer will indemnify Phillip InfoSec against third-party claims caused by the customer’s unlawful content, configuration, instructions, missing permissions or misuse, except to the extent caused by Phillip InfoSec.

Danish law governs the agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Material changes apply on reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance for future service.
